Mellow Mushroom is one of my favorites. Another reason to add to the already 46 reasons is that they cater well to vegetarians with tempeh and tofu. every time i go there it's a very tough decision on whether to get a hoagie or some pizza.
Being from New York, I could eat pizza every day. I have yet to find any place in Florida comparable to a delicious slice of greasy pizza made by a greasy Italian man at a Mom & Pop pizza place with greasy bathrooms and tables. I've heard that Famas has pretty decent pizza, a Mom & Pop place in Williamsburg, is decent, but I couldn't bring myself to give it a chance. No one was ever that passionate about it. All I've heard was that it was "pretty good." I'm gonna bite the bullet this weekend and try the Mellow Mushroom in Winter Park. You've convinced me.
PS -- In true Classy Eater fashion, I'm going to take this article with me and tell them I read about it on "Green Eggs" and see if they hook me up.
